RETURNS – How do I return a product?
If for any reason whatsoever you so wish to return any item received from us, please contact our sales team within 48 hours by email: firstname.lastname@example.org who will issue a return voucher and inform you of the exact procedure for the returns.
To enable us to issue a refund or exchange your purchase, items must be in the exact good condition you received them in. Due to the personal nature of the products that we sell, we cannot replace or refund unwanted items if they have been opened or the seals broken.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY
Our in store return policy is with your original receipt, we will gladly issue a full refund that matches your original receipt. And without an original receipt, we will issue a cash refund for the lowest price in the last 30 days of the returned item(s)
